Mike Peters I, Bill Smith, am a first generation Welsh-American. As such, I have relatives in the UK. As luck would have it, a cousin, being treated for cancer, wound up in a treatment center in Wales next to Mike Peters. They started discussing their illnesses and Doug, my cousin, mentioned When Everyone Survives. Mike, the lead singer of the British rock band The Alarm, divulged that he had leukemia. Doug told me and I reached out to Mike. Mike, and his wife, Jules, contacted me and provided this wonderful story of survival. By far, it is one of the most exhilarating stories we've had offered.
